	Is powered by a logic engine, driven by our deep expertise and solid experience with numerous Global 1000 customers and over 100,000 users. This expertise allows for the automated delivery of data collection and communication tools. The Engine includes a set of rules for how the System will work for a customer's enterprise. Since no two enterprises use the same set of rules, the flexibility of this Engine allows our customers to modify the automation to fit their unique enterprise.

	Identifies risks and exposures, especially for those employees who have received injury prevention information and those who have high levels of discomfort. Employee work habits are gathered from the employees themselves and from others. The OES generates risk analyses which are used to automate communication to employees and others in the enterprise who are accountable for low injury rates and low workers' compensation costs. Integration with HR systems allows for the methodical and regular delivery of the software tools to all employees in the enterprise, and tracking all communications.

	Mitigates risk by delivering information about risk avoidance and mitigation to employees in the form of personalized communication and education.
