Customize and Deploy the Platform Globally

Our software is easily customized to fit the needs of your organization. Web-based delivery in 14 languages allows for rapid deployment to a number of employees across a broad geographic range.
 
One large customer with a large call center population chose to notify employees about the OES through a customized email message. Because this call center customer had unique critical operational considerations, the email invitations to participate offered instructions that were very specific to the customer, describing schedules for logging in that were shift and location specific. Operational interruptions were miniscule.
